We understand there are times you are not quite sure what you need. Having something you can see and feel can help you make better informed decisions. Samples are available for most products. Please note that most samples are credit card sized cut products (e.g. floor mat is in 2" x 3" pieces) for the ease of shipping. However, larger sized samples are available upon request, given that a perspective firm is willing to either pay for shipping charges or use their FedEx Account to ship the product. NOTE that specific gauge and or size of any material cannot be requested as samples. Our samples products are cut out of random stock and sizes are arbitrary.How long does it take to receive a sample?
Our samples are shipped by U.S. Postal Service and since we are in CA, products shipped to the East Coast, could take up to one week to reach their destination.Can I get samples faster?

Upon the approval of credit, open account terms are 1% 10 DAYS net 30 and past due thereafter. Yes, unfortunately smell is a natural feature of rubber. However, some of the rubber scent will dissipate with time and some of the scent the clients get accustomed to, since a lot of the above depends on the sensitivity of the clients. It should be noted that sense of smell is heightened in some individuals and we can not assess any one person's reaction to the smell of a rubber product. Old wive's tales such as coffee grinds left over night on the surface of the product have been disseminated in the industry; however, we are not big proponents of wasting a good latte.How can I find a floor mat product for my needs?

Depending on size and weight we would use a variety of carriers, in order to minimize shipping costs incurred to our customers. Most small packages are shipped via FedEx Ground, if express delivery is required, then FedEx Express (airservices: one day, two day or three day) is used.Heavy (150 lbs. or more) or oversized shipments nationwide are made via Dotline Transportation, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion, while on the West Coast we use BestOvernite Freight,.
